Encryption is considered an ordnance by most governments, so encryption may be a ticklish subject. Last year UAE and Saudi Arabia banned blackberries because their encryption was too good.

Wolf, Thanks. Non functional portal will be up in 10 days (bimClouds.com). LinkedIn’s “BimClouds Corporation” group now has SLA (draft) “pieced-out” in Discussions. I’ll be moving these into a Subgroup to keep it clean.

In SLA, thinking of changing names “Leader, Customer and Employee” to be “Licensee, Copyright and Author.”

Encryption may be necessary. I only wonder how this might play out as data crosses jurisdictional boundaries.
