    0 out of 10 sounds like a canned bot chat (autoresponder)
    here’s my personal experience with hostgator…i bought a single baby plan from them and made payments using a direct debit card the transaction went well and i got my auto-generated password in seconds i was happy and got to setting up my site only for me to receive another mail in less than 30minutes asking me to send scaned copies of my credit card and drivers license for security checks i did after four days because i had to go through the stress of renewing my drivers license before scanning and sending it …i thought that was all but i got another mail again asking me to send official bank statement of the debit card declaring ownership of the card to me … to say the least i was deeply disappointed with the stress i was been put through seeing how i have been making use of that debit card for more than six months….well i have applied for that with my bank i don’t know when i’d be getting a reply from them…. well that’s my unfortunate experience experience
